Any home listed on the MLS in our Austin metro coverage area, subject to the listing's showing instructions. If a seller restricts showings (rare — e.g., offer deadlines or tenant-occupied homes), we'll tell you right away and refund or reschedule at your choice.
Great — and you can use any agent you like, including one you already have. If you'd like Martha to write it, just ask; representation terms get discussed then, transparently, and only then. Your showing fees don't convert into commissions or lock you in.
